Directions:
Firstly clean teeth by flossing and brushing preferably with whitening toothpaste.
Shake Pen, Remove brush cover and twist clockwise until gel is released and cover brush head
Apply a thin ladyer of gel directly onto the front surffaces of the upper teeth avoiding gums or lips and allow to dry for 30-60 Seconds.
Repeat process on lower teeth.
For best results do not eat or drink for 15 minutes after application.
