Raspberries:

Raspberries is a great low-calorie fruit and healthful in many ways. The fruit is a full of Vitamin B and folic acid. Experts say even a small amount of raspberries assures your mood an instant lift. Its consistent use benefits eye sight and ease swelling of stomach and provide great help in digestion.
