A Protein Diet Plan to Loss Weight

Check your weight before and after following this diet plan.

After following 4 days diet plan, don't start eating healthy meal.
Don’t continue this diet plan in your routine instead follow again after two week gap.

Day First

Breakfast:
2 glass water
1 cup green tea
1 peach
1 hard boil egg without yolk

Mid Time:
2 glass water
1 apple

Lunch:
2 glass water
1 hard boil egg without yolk
1/2 cucumber
1/2 cabbage
1 tomato juice (blend tomato in 1 cup water)

Mid:
2 glass water
1 cucumber or 1 apple

Dinner:
2 glass water
1 cup beef/chicken/mutton boil/grill (with black pepper)
1 peach

One Hour Before Sleep:
2 glass water
1 cup green tea

Day Second

Breakfast:
2 glass water
1 cup green tea
1 peach
1 hard boil egg without yolk

Mid Time:
2 glass water
1 apple

Lunch:
2 glass water
1 tomato
1/2 cucumber
1 cup water melon
1 peach

Mid Time:
2 glass water
3/4 cup low fat yogurt

Dinner:
2 glass water
A bowl of cabbage soup
A piece of boil chicken
1 peach

One Hour Before Sleep:
2 glass water
1 cup green tea

Day Third

Breakfast:
2 glass water
1 cup green tea
1 peach

Mid Time:
2 glass water
1 hard boil egg without yolk

Lunch:
2 glass water
1 cup tomato juice
1 cucumber
1 apple

Mid Time:
2 glass water
1 peach or apple

Dinner:
2 glass water
1 cup beef/chicken/mutton boil/grill (with black pepper)
1 peach
1/2 cucumber
1/2 cabbage
1 apple

One Hour Before Sleep:
2 glass water
1 cup green tea

Day Forth

Breakfast:
2 glass water
1 cup green tea
2 bananas

Mid Time:
2 glass water
¾ cup low fat yogurt

Lunch:
2 glass water
1 cup cabbage
1 cucumber
1 apple
1 cup low fat apple/orange/plum juice

Mid Time:
2 glass water.

Dinner:
2 glass water
1 cup beef/chicken/mutton boil/grill (with black pepper)
1 tomato
1 cucumber
2 cup juice low fat or low fat cheese

One Hour Before Sleep:
2 glass water
1 cup green tea.

Alternation

You can use alternate of these fruits or vegetables like these…

Fruits:
Strawberries
Oranges
Papaya
Grapefruit
Pears
Pomegranates
Plums

Vegetables:
Green beans boil
Peas boil
Radishes
Spinach leaves boil

Note: If you want to use salt and sugar than add 0 calorie sugar and low fat salt salt.
