Delicious Detox Smoothie – Berry Breakfast

From Google dictionary, detox means “a process or period of time in which one abstains from or rids the body of toxic or unhealthy substances”. Basically detox diets including solid or liquid, helps eliminate toxins from body. Today, Saloni editorial team is sharing one 1-step detox smoothie recipe with you that is full of good taste and health benefits.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
  • 3/4 cup chilled unsweetened almond or rice milk
  • 1/4 cup frozen pitted unsweetened cherries or raspberries
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed
  • 1-2 tsp fresh lemon juice

Recipe Instruction:

Mix all ingredients. Put it in a blender and blend until smooth. Drink and enjoy.
