Healthy High-Protein Cool n’ Creamy Cantaloupe Smoothie

Select a cantaloupe with a sweet protein filled flavor of Greek yogurt for the boosting power of potassium, calcium and vitamin C.


  • 1 cantaloupe, seeded scooped out and roughly chopped
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup ice

Recipe Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Put it in a blender and blend until smooth. Drink and enjoy.
