Recipe Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (Almond Breeze)
  • 1 pitted date
  • 1 tbsp raw shelled hemp seeds (or seeds of your choice)
  • 1/2 ripe medium banana
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup baby kale (or spinach)
  • 1 cup ice

Recipe Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Put it in a blender and blend until smooth. Drink and enjoy.
