Healthy High-Protein Skinny Green Monster Smoothie
Healthy high-protein skinny green monster smoothie is a great protein source with ingredients like peanut butter and Greek yogurt. This drink also provides you daily dose of your fiber, magnesium, and Calcium requirements.
- 1 small frozen ripe banana, peeled
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 tbsp Better n Peanut Butter
- 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt (I used Chobani)
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Put it in a blender and blend until smooth. Drink and enjoy.
