Unwashed fruits and vegetables contain certain bacteria which could harm baby inside you. It is also possible that you might spread different diseases to the child which will directly affect their development.



If you are caffeine lover then you have to cut down caffeine intake from your daily routine. You can only take 200 mg per day. However, it is suggested that you must avoid it as researches have shown a link between high usage of caffeine and low birth weight of the child. It is also very essential to avoid all type of soft drinks as it can really affect the growth of the baby.
