Spiced Pumpkin Smoothie

Since pumpkins are packed with composite carbohydrates, this delicious, wholesome drink is also packed with vitamin A, potassium and fiber.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • Silken tofu
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 cup ice

Recipe Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Put it in a blender and blend until smooth. Drink and enjoy.
