Start your day off with a Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie or enjoy this drink in afternoon break and relish a high-fiber thirst-quencher.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1¼ c cold apple juice
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • 1 kiwifruit, sliced
  • 5 frozen strawberries
  • 1½ tsp honey

Recipe Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Put it in a blender and blend until smooth. Drink and enjoy.
