  • Water 1 glass (at room temperature)

  • Ginger 1/2 inch piece (grated)

Directions

  • Add lemon juice and grated ginger into water.
  • Drink it in the morning.

Mean Green Juice Recipe 1:

Ingredients

  • Kale leaves 6-8
  • Green apples 2
  • Cucumber 1 (peeled)
  • Celery stalks 2-3
  • Lemon 1/2 (no peel)
  • Fresh ginger 2 inches
  • Water 1 cup

Directions

  • Make juice by blending all above ingredients and drink it in the morning.

Ingredients

  • Pear 1/2
  • Green apple 1/2
  • Spinach 1 handful
  • Parsley 1 handful
  • Celery stalks 2
  • Cucumber 1/2
  • Ginger 1 small piece
  • Papaya 1 slice

Directions

  • Celery stalks 3

  • Dandelion greens 1 small bunch
  • Watercress leaves 1 small bunch
  • Green kale 3 leaves

  • Lemon ¼
  • Cucumber ½ peeled

Directions

  • Get the juice out of the above vegetables, mix it and drink.

Super Detox Green Juice

Ingredients

  • Celery stalks 2 (chopped)
  • Cucumber 1 small (chopped)
  • Kale leaves 2
  • Spinach 1 handful
  • Handful of fresh parsley or cilantro
  • Lemon 1 (peeled)
  • Apple 1 (chopped)

Directions

  • Put all ingredients in juicer and juice.
  • If you want to use blander then put all ingredients along 1 cup water and blend into smooth mixture. Add ice if needed. Drink it.

Cleanse & Detox Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Organic apple 1 (with peel, cored)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Kale1 cup
  • Celery 1 stalk
  • Flat leaf parsley or cilantro 1/3 cup
  • Ground flax seeds 1 tbsp
  • Ground cinnamon ¼ tsp
  • Chilled water 1 1/4 cups

Directions

  • If using a juicer, add all ingredients and make juice.
  • For using blander, put all ingredients in blander and blend into smooth texture. Add ice if needed. Drink it.

Ingredients

  • Canned coconut milk 1 cup
  • Banana 1
  • Raw spinach 2 cups

Directions

  • Put coconut milk, banana and spinach into blander and blend until smooth.

Mid-Morning/Afternoon Snack

Ingredients

  • Carrot 1 (sliced)
  • Cucumber 1/2 (sliced)
  • Celery 1 stalk (sliced)
  • Raw walnut or raw almonds 8 (halves)

Directions

  • Wash the vegetables and place in refrigerator, eat them as mid morning snack.

Garden Salad with Lemon and Oil Dressing

Ingredients

For Salad

  • Baby spinach 1 cup
  • Avocado ½ (chopped)
  • Red onion 1/3 (thinly sliced)
  • Cucumber ½ (sliced)
  • Carrot 1 (grated)
  • Almonds 8 (sliced)
  • Beans sprouts 1 cup
  • Fresh parsley ½ cup
  • Tomato 1 (diced)

For Dressing

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Extra-virgin olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Dried oregano 1 tsp
  • Black pepper ¼ tsp
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Put all salad ingredients into a bowl.
  • Combine dressing ingredients in an other bowl and pour over salad. Gently toss salad and eat.

Green Bean and Zucchini Salad

Ingredients

  • Extra-virgin olive oil 2 tsp
  • Broken green beans 1 cup (remove strings)
  • Zucchini 1 (sliced)
  • Bean sprouts 1/2 cup
  • Almonds 8 (sliced)
  • Garlic 2 cloves (minced)
  • Juice of 1/2 lime or lemon
  • Dried oregano ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Sea salt to taste

Directions

  • Put all ingredients in a pan and sauté over medium heat just to warm them.
  • You can eat this lovely salad warm or cold.

Flush the Fat Away Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • Sweet potato 1 medium (peeled and cut into 1" cubes)
  • Carrots 3 (peeled and sliced)
  • Celery stalk 1 (diced)
  • Yellow onion 1 small (diced)
  • Garlic 1 clove (minced)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Allspice 1/8 tsp
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Black beans 2 cans (15 ounce) (rinsed and drained)
  • Vegetable broth 2 cups (low-sodium)
  • Diced tomatoes 1 can (no salt added)
  • Baby spinach 4 cups (loosely packed)

Directions

  • Put all ingredients, except spinach, to the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours, or until the vegetables are tender.
  • Add spinach, stir and continue cooking about 5 minutes.
  • Get 1 serving per day.

Chamomile Tea

Ingredients

  • Water 1 cup
  • Tea bag 1

Directions

  • Add water in sauce pan and allow simmering.
  • Remove water from heat and put tea bag in it.
  • Allow tea to steep for 5 minutes. Then sip tea slowly and relax your body.
