   I am using this product from 3 months, I was thinking to quit using it, when pills finish, but after using it from 3 months now I am feeling that my hairs are getting healthy, and my skin started getting clear now (from last week). I am not sure these changes are because of Biotin or something else, but now I decided to purchase it again.

   I have had a split (top to bottom) in one of my finger nails for years. Even after taking other biotin brands the split continued. The Natrol brand eliminated the splitting within a month. Very pleased with this product.
