How to Oil Hair

Step 1: Rub oil into hands and apply to hair from root to ends. It may be easier to use finger tips or applicator to apply oil directly to scalp. For longer hair combing through hair once or twice will help to distribute oil.

Step 2: Using your fingertips massage the oil into your scalp for 3 - 5 minutes or longer if you wish.

Step 3: Wrap head with warm wet towel or wear a plastic cap and leave on overnight. You could also leave the Amla oil in hair for a couple of hours or for a quick deep conditioning treatment wear a plastic cap and sit under a hooded dryer for 20-30 minutes.

Step 4: Rinse hair with warm water, and wash with herbal shampoo and style. Use Amla oil 2-3 times per week.
