3 Wonderful Juices for Weight Loss

Juices are considered one of the best diets for weight loss but most juices are low on fiber and protein. Mainly if you are drinking on one that has weight loss helping constituents, like all of the formulas below from our experts’ list, you would still need correct recipes of juices for weight loss.

Katie Cavuto, MS, RD, recommends "a blender juice, blender juices have the bonus of all that good-for-you fiber that cold-pressed juices are missing," Cavuto, further says that always try to keep juices vegetable-heavy to retain calorie computations practical.

Collard Cooler:


  1. 2 leaves collard greens
  2. 2 1/2 medium apples
  3. 1/2 medium cucumber
  4. 2 stalks celery
  5. 1/2 medium lemon, peeled
  6. 1/2 medium lime, peeled

Mix all ingredients in a juicer. On the other hand, you can also mix them in a food processor and put water to make a blender juice.

Blake's Go-To Drink:

This is one of Blake favored juices in which parsley and beetroots perform as a natural diuretic. It also helps removing additional liquid from the body.


  1. 1 cup kale
  2. 2 leaves Swiss chard
  3. 1/2 cup parsley
  4. 1/2 small beet
  5. 1/2 cup pineapple
  6. 2 medium green apples
  7. 1 sprig fresh mint
  8. 1/2 medium lemon, peeled

Combine all ingredients with water and make a blender juice.

The Lift-Off:

Dark leafy greens have high amount of calcium and greatly help in weight loss.


  1. 2 leaves Swiss chard
  2. 2 leaves collard greens
  3. 1 cup kale
  4. 1 cup spinach
  5. 1/2 medium cucumber
  6. 1 inch fresh gingerroot, peeled
  7. 1/2 medium lemon, peeled

Combine all ingredients with water and make a blender juice.
