Anxiety – Symptoms, Causes and Home Remedies

Anxiety is a common human feeling that everybody experiences at some stage of life. It’s an anxious feeling that could sometimes give health related issues in the long run. Anxiety is a hostile form of internal commotion, frequently accompanied by worried conduct, such as walking back and forth, somatic grumbles and meditation.

Anxiety Symptoms:

  • Nervousness
  • Fear
  • Breathlessness
  • Lack of sleep
  • Irritability
  • Indigestion
  • Nausea
  • Inability to remain calm

Anxiety Causes:

  • Excessive stress
  • Side effects of medication or illness
  • Illicit drugs
  • Withdrawal symptoms

Natural Home Remedy Using Almonds, Milk, Saffron and Honey:

  1. Soak 8-10 almonds in water overnight
  2. Peel off the skin and crush them in the morning
  3. Add 1 tsp of crushed almonds to 1 cup warm milk
  4. Add a pinch of soaked saffron
  5. Add 1 tbsp of honey
  6. Mix well
  7. Drink once every day

Natural Home Remedy Using Orange Juice, Honey and Nutmeg Powder:

  1. Take a glass of orange juice
  2. Add 1 tbsp of honey
  3. Add 1 tbsp nutmeg powder
  4. Drink this juice daily.


  • Drink chamomile tea as it as an effective anxiety suppressor
