Delicious High-Protein Roasted Strawberry Smoothie
Delicious high-protein roasted strawberry protein smoothie is a great way to start the day with wonderful natural zest of creamy packed with protein drink.
- 1-1/2 cups fresh strawberries, quartered
- 1/2 tablespoon raw sugar
- 1/3 cup reduced fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup fat free milk
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1 tsp chia seeds6 to 8 drops liquid stevia (optional)
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Put it in a blender and blend until smooth. Drink and enjoy.
