Saloni Aftaar Special - Healthy High-Protein Filled Aftaar with Peanut Butter, Banana, and Oat Milkshake
Make your aftaar meal even better and full of energy bust with our special peanut butter, banana, and oat milkshake and rejuvenate the true essence of power boosting yet healthy ingredients.
- 2 cups cold almond milk (soy or regular milk would also be delicious)
- 1 banana, cut into chunks (frozen is ideal) (definitely peel the banana… like, for sure.)
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 heaping teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds, ground into meal
- 2 teaspoon old fashioned oats, ground fine
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Put it in a blender and blend until smooth. Drink and enjoy.
