Soy Good Smoothie

A full of nutrition smoothie that also keeps you hydrated all day long with essentials of vanilla soy milk, blueberries, flake cereal and banana.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 c calcium-fortified vanilla soy milk
  • ½ c frozen blueberries
  • ½ c corn flakes cereal
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced

Recipe Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Put it in a blender and blend until smooth. Drink and enjoy.
