Spinach Banana Protein Shake

Protein shakes are considered very nourishing after a workout session. Our today’s selected smoothie is fairly low in calories but its overall boosting elements provide you full strength and power.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 small ripe banana (frozen)
  • 2 handfuls baby spinach

Recipe Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Put it in a blender and blend until smooth. Drink and enjoy.
