HOW DO I ORDER FROM THE Saloni WEB STORE?

To purchase a product on our site, select from the available categories. Simply click on the item you wish to buy, select the desired options, quantity and click 'ADD TO CART'. Saloni.PK provides free shipping on all Pakistan orders over Rs. 2,500 for up to gross weight of 2 KG. We currently do not offer international shipping. If you would like to continue shopping and select another item, you may freely return to other categories or SALE pages and continue shopping. You may add an item at anytime, update quantities, or remove and item by clicking 'view' or 'edit your cart'. This will take you to a summary page of your shopping cart. Here you can also receive an estimate on shipping costs to your destination.
Once you are happy with your order click the ‘CHECKOUT’ button and you will proceed to setting up your account details, through to confirming your order — it’s as simple as that. When we receive your order we will send you a confirmation email with your order number and order details attached. Please make sure all details in the address field are correctly filled in-most importantly including email, telephone and delivery address. If by the unlucky chance you provide an incorrect email address at least we will have your phone number to contact you!
VIEW & TRACK ORDERS
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse facility that is based in Lahore. We use various courier services to delivery your order.
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email from Saloni™ Health & Beauty Supply containing your tracking number and the assigned courier who will deliver your order. If you don't receive this email and would like to obtain your tracking number, please login to your account and view your Order Details or contact Saloni™ Health & Beauty Supply using the Contact Us form or email at email@example.com.
Once you have your tracking number you can track your parcel by clicking on the assigned courier;
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you can change your order whilst you are still browsing and shopping, simply remove it from “Your Cart”. However, once your order has been finalised by pressing the “Pay for Order” button, it's not possible for you to change it. You can however request to cancel it prior to dispatch. Once dispatched, the order will be sent to you and then if required you could return it to us. Refer to our Returns Policy for procedure details. Saloni™ Health & Beauty Supply will always try to ensure that our customers are happy. If you have any problem with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to make everything right.

COMPLETED ORDERS - See all completed orders you've placed at Saloni™ Web Store. You can also print invoices from this page.
YOUR ADDRESS BOOK - Add, edit and remove shipping and billing destinations from your address book.
YOUR ACCOUNT DETAILS - Update your contact details, email address and/or change your password.
All Pakistan orders over Rs. 2,500* include free delivery to your address. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for further information.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT WEIGHT AN ITEM IS?
Please refer to the weight details listed within the product details. Please read and ensure accurate desired weight is selected.
WHAT DO I DO IF THE ITEM I AM LOOKING FOR IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE ONLINE?
Unfortunately popular items do tend to sell out quickly online, so if you’ve seen something you must have, be sure to snap it up. However, if the item you are after is sold out, and you are a customer from Pakistan, please contact Saloni on (0311) 172-5664 OR 03 111 SALONI and we can (if information is available) refer you to one of our retailers in your local area who is sure to have the product available for you to purchase.

WHAT IS THE PAYMENT CURRENCY?
All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payments via Cash of Delivery, mobile banking, direct bank account deposit and via Visa and MasterCard. If you choose to pay using a credit card, your card will be debited at the time of you pressing the “Pay for Order” button. Please note the transaction will appear on your statement as “Saloni Beauty”. All credits payments are processed via secure checkout. We do not store your credit card details.
