ALWAYS FREE RETURNS
At Saloni™ Health and Beauty Supply, customer satisfaction is our top priority!. If you feel that the product you receive is damaged in any way or if you are not 100% thrilled with the item(s) received, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or (0311) 172-5664 OR 03 111 SALONI to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Return requests can also be initiated within "My Accounts" section. You will receive detailed instructions on how to return the shipment.
Return shipping charges on voluntary returns are the responsibility of the buyer. A traceable and insured shipping method is recommended as we will not be responsible for merchandise that does not reach our Lahore warehouse.
All merchandise returned must be in NEW & UNUSED condition. Any items purchased with a coupon code or on clearance are not able to be returned.
For damaged, expired or other cases we will request pictures of the product and depending on a case by case basis we may not require the product to be returned.
*** IMPORTANT NOTE ***
Some companies specifically sell products on a non-return or exchange basis and for such brands we are unable to accept returns or refunds unless the product is damaged or expired.
Refunds will be promptly processed. In the event that you prefer to use the refund amount in your next order, store credit will be issued that will be visible in your account and may be used against future purchases. All return orders must be approved and returned with an RMA, (return merchandise authorization). Typically refunds are processed within 24-48 hours. Please note, it may take an additional 2-3 days for your financial institution to reflect the refund credit (non-Pakistan Residents only) back on your account.
In the event that you paid on COD or Bank Deposit, Jazzcash or Easypaisa your refund may be processed via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa or Jazzcash. We will require you to send your account details via email so that we have a permanent and clear record of your refund request. Typical processing time for such refunds is up to 7 working days.
In the event that your order payment was done via Easypay (online payment through website via Credit or Debit card, Easypaisa account or OTC), we will request Telenor Easypay to refund your transaction to you. Kindly note, this process may take up to 20 days (in our experience). This is the most secure method for refund available to us.
Shipping fees are only refunded if the return was a result of our error.
CANCELING AN ORDER
Contact us at email@example.com or call (0311) 172-5664 OR 03 111 SALONI. If your order has not been shipped or left our warehouse facility, we can process the cancellation right away. When the cancellation is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email. Unfortunately, Saloni™ Health and Beauty Supply will not be able to cancel an order if it has already shipped out of our warehouse facility. In order to offer our customers fast delivery, most orders are released from our facility within 24 hours of the order placement.
